K-Day and the Jaeger Program
Before August 10, 2013, the greatest threat humans faced was other humans. But on K-Day, the first kaiju emerged from the Pacific Ocean to attack San Francisco. That tragedy, combined with several subsequent attacks, led to the development of a weapon which would finally offer Earth’s inhabitants hope: the Jaeger.
